My journey with children: colorful, moving, and special...

I am Melanie.

Married and mother of two wonderful boys, I live with my family in Dietikon.

Originally, I trained as a hairdresser, but my heart has always been drawn to working with children.

I bring a lot of heart, experience and joy to my work with children.

My journey into the world ofchildcare began in 2004 when I worked as an au pair in Arosa. There I gained my first valuable experience, including in a hotel's children's daycare center.

To deepen my language skills, I had the opportunity to refresh my Englishin Oxford from time to time.

From 2007 onwards, I was drawn to the sun. Asa children's entertainer in Greece, I was able to create unforgettable moments for children with lots of play, fun and creativity.

In 2008, I packed my bags and my curiosity drew me back to Switzerland, toZurich . There, not only city life awaited me, but also a very special task: I was able to workas a nanny for several families, supporting children on their journey and enriching their everyday lives with play, structure, and lots of love.

From 2018 to 2023, I consciously took a family phase and used the time to support my sons in their development.

In 2023 I successfully completedmy training as a playgroup leader and since 2024 I have been leading a colorfulplaygroup with great passion.

Accompanying children on part of their journey, laughing with them, learning and discovering the world, is not just a job for me, but amatter of the heart .

Hello everyone, my name is Jasmin , I'm married and a proud mother of a wonderful daughter. I love consciously enjoying the little moments in life, spending time with family and friends, and creating beautiful memories together.

I ama qualified childcare professional and I still love working with children as much as I did on my first day. After completing my training in 2013, I took a short break to travel around the world.

Afterwards, I worked in a restaurant for a year before my heart drew me back to the world of nativity scenes in 2016.

For eight wonderful years I was part ofthe Kita Stärneland – first asgroup leader , later assite manager (graduating as team leader in social and socio-medical institutions) .

During this time I had the privilege of accompanying many little personalities on their journey, supporting them as they grew, and experiencing the world through children's eyes every single day – something that continues to fulfill and inspire me to this day.

In 2022, my greatest wish came true: I became a mother. For this reason, I consciously chose to dedicate time to my family in 2023, so that I could fully enjoy this precious time.

Now I am allowed to bepart of LiMa-Kids and I look forward to making many small discoveries with the children, experiencing joyful adventures and sharing a lively, magical and colorful time.
